WavyKits is available to all users globally. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

WavyKits provides access to:

• Page builder/editor.
• Templates and components.
• Credit-based content generation for blogs or similar features.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell templates, components, or credit-based content.
• Use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with WavyKits's services.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are handled by Paddle.
• Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via the platform; billing will stop automatically.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring fees.
• Users may purchase credits to use in the content generation features.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for lifetime purchases, subscriptions, or credit purchases.
• We use Paddle as our payment provider. Your payment details, including credit card information, are processed securely through Paddle’s API. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

5. Liability Disclaimer

WavyKits is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues, downtime, or bugs.
• Loss, damages, or issues arising from using templates, components, or credit-based content generation.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email of significant changes. Continued use of WavyKits after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
